CPI in 6 hours. I'm not trading until after. Here's my exact plan.
CPI drops at 15:30 UTC.
I'm doing nothing until then.
Here's my playbook:
If CPI < 3.1% (soft):
→ BTC likely $74K+
→ Adding to ETH long
If CPI > 3.5% (hot):
→ BTC could test $68K
→ Tightening stops, no new entries
If CPI 3.2-3.4% (in-line):
→ Wait-and-see. Volatility either way.
I learned this the hard way: Trading into CPI is gambling. Trading after is informed.
