Jupiter is starting the new year with fresh attention from traders. The token saw a clear jump in price over the last day along with higher activity. This move came after a new update to the Jupiter mobile app which brought better tools for active traders. Updates like this often bring short term confidence because they show the team is still building and improving the product.

Este fue un hecho que estaba esperando la comunidad de Solana , ya que no se veía algo así desde hace mucho. Pero ¿ Que sucedió durante el lanzamiento y que haré con el airdrop? Exploremos.

A pocas horas del lanzamiento oficial del token JUP , Binance fue unos de los últimos exchanges en anunciar el listado del token en su plataforma , que hasta ayer no se conocía si lo harían . El token estaba disponible para operar en Binance 20 ninutos después del lanzamiento oficial en el DEX #jupiter .

El #token nativo del DEX Jupiter se inició con un precio incial de $ 0.4 en línea con una curva de precios que llegaba hasta los $ 0.7 ,anunciada por el fundador del proyecto bajo el seudónimo de "Meow" . Se lanzó incialmente con un circulante de 1.35 Billones de tokens JUP , el cúal respresentaba el 13.5 % de la oferta total de 10 billones .

Una vez lanzado el token , hubo una gran congestión en la red, el cúal hizo que algunos usuarios tuvieran que subir los fees para el reclamo y poder hacer las operaciones recurrentes (me incluyo). Algunas billeteras estaban teniendo problemas tales como phantom , mientras Solflare y Backpack se mantuvieron con un desempeño relativamente normal. Este hecho también fue una prueba de fuego para la red de Solana para ver si soportaba la cantidad de usuarios relizando sus operaciones , el cual pudo llevar a cabo con normalidad.

Con el lanzamiento desde temprano , hicieron su presencia algunas ballenas en la red de Solana , una de ellas llegó a comprar el 6.6 millones de dólares del token JUP a un precio de $ 0.49 por token.

Como era de esperarse debido a la euforia y demanda por este token , El DEX Jupiter pasó en volumen de operaciones en las últimas 24 horas al dex Uniswap, un hecho que ya se veía venir .

Actualmente Jupiter se encuentra en el puesto 72 de #Criptomonedas con mayor capitalización de mercado . Más temprano llegó cerca al puesto 69 .

Con respecto a mi airdrop he tomado la decisión de holdearlo por un tiempo , y si cae un poco más , poder comprar para acumular más. Mientras tanto , hasta que no haya un staking oficial de Jupiter para el token JUP , he decidio optar por dividir mis Holding en dos protocolos conocidos y de paso farmear puntos para un posible airdrop más adelante . El primero de ellos es MarginFi, el cual ya he venido acumulando puntos con otros tokens y han aperturado la opción de préstamo con el colateral de JUP.

El segundo protocolo en mente es KaminoFinance , el cual también he tenido experiencia usandolo antes de la inclusión de puntos para farmear.

Obviamente hay más opciones para trabajar con los tokens #JUP , pero a mi parecer creo que es más conveniente estas opciones porque ya he tenido experiencia antes con ello . Recordar siempre hacer su debida investigación antes de poder adentrarse a interactuar con protocolo que no conocemos , sobretodo si eres nuevo en el ecosistema de #Solana .
