⚠️ The Fed was forced to inject $74.6 BILLION in overnight liquidity to prevent a market lock-up.
But here’s the part nobody is talking about 👇
🧩 Collateral Breakdown (This Is Critical):
• $43.1B pledged in Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS)
• Only $31.5B in Treasuries
Why does this matter?
Because the private repo market REJECTED that collateral.
Banks had no choice but to run to the Fed window just to survive the night.
🚨 This means one thing: The system can no longer absorb shocks quietly.
With the Reverse Repo (RRP) buffer now drained, every new Treasury issuance from here will: ➡️ Pull liquidity directly from bank reserves
➡️ Remove the last remaining shock absorber
📉 We’re not approaching the liquidity cliff anymore…

BTC Dominance (BTCDOM) on the 3H timeframe is currently showing a mild bullish structure, supported by price action staying above the EMA 9, 21, and 50. This indicates that Bitcoin still maintains short-term strength compared to altcoins.
However, the bullish momentum is not aggressive. The MACD histogram remains thin, suggesting limited buying pressure and the possibility of consolidation.

RSI around 62 → Healthy momentum, not yet overbought
Stochastic RSI near 70 → Approaching overbought zone, increasing the risk of a short-term pullback

On the weekly timeframe the long term expectation is still bearish and the long term target is 54.56%
Price manipulated the range high and the target remains the range low
Right now dominance is in a small consolidation range which is a continuation signature
(MMXM deferred delivery concept is in play) price rejected from the weekly order block and we also got a continuation purge on the daily timeframe

On the daily timeframe the intermediate target is 57.34%
Dominance has left equal lows on the daily timeframe
Price rejected from a daily order block and expansion met w exansion then move was followed by a retracement which is again a continuation signature

On the h4 and h1 timeframe the short term target is 59.45%
Bearish orderflow is clear align it w phase of price which is a retracement after a bearish expansion
We can see failure swings on both sides and price never reverses away from failure swings
The ideal scenario is bearish continuation after a sweep of the equal highs
If btc dominance does not sweep equal highs then we wait for the first swing low to FTM
